We focus on delivering long-term results, not temporary solutions, helping clients achieve rejuvenated skin and long-lasting confidence.Position Overview:We are seeking a high-performing Front Desk / Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in both client experience and sales.This role is responsible for managing appointments, communicating with clients, and actively driving revenue through bookings, consultations, and package conversions.Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate appointments for clientsManage incoming calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely mannerConvert inquiries into booked appointments and treatment packagesRecommend and upsell services and skincare productsBuild relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term loyaltyCollaborate with providers to maximize each clients visit and treatment planMaintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and reschedulesFollow up with leads and maintain consistent client communicationRequirements:Minimum 3 years of front desk and sales experience required (med spa experience preferred)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenConfidence in recommending services and closing salesMust be highly driven, motivated, and a self-starter who takes ownership of performance and resultsMust be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMaintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, including the use of polished and appropriate language at all timesMust be polished, professional, and able to confidently build relationships with high-end clientele while maintaining an elevated client experienceAbility to multitask and remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressureProficient with phone systems and scheduling softwareKnowledge of med spa services and terminology preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAbility to consistently bring in a minimum of 2 new clients per week through outreach, referrals, and follow-upCompensation:Hourly pay: $19$27 (based on experience)Commission is provided based on individual sales performanceAdditional incentives available for package and high-ticket salesStrong earning potential for high performersPerformance Expectations:This is a sales-driven role.
