This role creates responsive, high-quality interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across devices and browsers, working closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to support the company's digital presence and internal platforms.Reporting to the Senior Director Business Applications, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable web applications using the Next.js framework, delivering robust solutions while working closely with our marketing team, designers, and developers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologiesTranslate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional, and accessible codeDesigning, developing, and managing scalable web applications using the Next.js frameworkImplementing and optimizing web performance, SEO, and security features for Next.js applicationsCollaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiencesOptimize applications for speed, performance, and scalabilityEnsure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported environmentsTroubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments and devicesMaintain code quality through best practices, peer review, testing, and documentationStay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trendsOther duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of work experience in a similar positionStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with modern front-end frameworks, including one or more of the following:React, Angular, Next.js or Vue.jsStrong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and SEO best practices for web applicationsFamiliarity with version control systems, including GitUnderstanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility requirementsStrong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with effective communication skillsThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
