Based in Cupertino, CA, the position offers flexibility with a combination of on-site presence and work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting real estate properties, facilitating property showings, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves creating and executing sales strategies, staying updated on market trends, and managing documentation and administrative tasks related to property transactions.
