DSP (Direct Support Professional) for adult male on the Water Front

Customer is in SW waterfront area and is looking for support in home with chores, with his service animals and attending classes. He can not physically complete household chores and relies on hands on support from providers. He also needs transportation support to and from his classes at his school. He has an accessible van that he uses for transportation. Providers who are patient, consistent and reliable are extremely important. NW Homecare Support Inc. is a small business in Oregon.
