As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.QualificationsWHAT WE LOOK FOR:Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative RulesPrefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
