Hello ,Client: ConfidentialTitle: ControllerLocation: Oklahoma City, OK 73102Expected Duration: Full time - FTESalary: $101,000 to $120,000 Per Year + Limited Relocation AssistanceSummary:Seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across multiple business divisions. This role oversees financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, compliance, budgeting, audits, and grant reporting while managing a small accounting team and supporting executive leadership with financial insights.Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.Manage month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budget analyses.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, grants, audits, and tax filings.Support multi-division financial operations and reporting.Supervise and mentor accounting staff.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special financial projects.Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.7+ years of progressive accounting experience.3+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.Strong experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.Experience managing multi-division financial operations.CPA and nonprofit/grant accounting experience preferred.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Thank you!Best Regards,Stanley BuwaTalent Acquisition Specialist | Shamrock Value Inc.Email - stanley@shamrockvalue.com
