Senior Engineering Manager, Data Platform

Overview In this role you will lead Hadrian’s data platform team, building a scalable data backbone that connects machines, software, and analytics. You’ll shape the roadmap, enforce data quality and reliability, and partner across software, analytics, and manufacturing to enable operations from floor to insight. You will drive architecture discussions, establish standards, and mentor engineers to grow technical leadership. This is a mission-driven opportunity to scale data infrastructure for a Factory-as-a-Service platform across multiple factories.
