We are looking for a Technical Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related low‑voltage power infrastructure. This position will be full‑time and onsite across the greater urban areas of Tampa, Orlando, Broward, and Miami . The role supports advanced troubleshooting, system optimization, vendor oversight, and maintenance leadership to ensure power continuity and infrastructure reliability. This is a full-time contract role and an onsite position with heavy travel expectations. Company vehicle will be provided. Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Act as the subject matter expert for UPS systems and facility power infrastructure Monitor vendor performance, review invoices, and verify adherence to contractual obligations Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, replacements, and warranty claims Provide technical guidance and training for technicians and team members Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability Respond to critical incidents and provide on‑call support as required Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical or low‑voltage systems, with UPS specialization Skilled in advanced diagnostic tools and remote troubleshooting software Strong understanding of lifecycle asset management principles Ability to lead projects and mentor technical staff Familiarity with contract management and vendor compliance processes.
