Campaign Program Manager
Job Title: Campaign Program ManagerLocation: Remote - Eligible with ability to travel (LA, Seattle, NY preferred but not mandatory) Duration: 11 MonthsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and driven Campaign Program Manager to support the execution and day-to-day management of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving campaign development, creative production, localization, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, media, business, and agency teams.The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience managing creative workflows in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This individual will proactively identify risks, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure successful execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the development and execution of small to medium-scale marketing campaigns and support larger, more complex initiatives.Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and delivery across creative, media, marketing, and business teams.Facilitate campaign alignment meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder updates with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to manage creative development, production, localization, and asset delivery.Oversee the development and distribution of creative assets across multiple channels, including digital, social, video, broadcast, print, radio, and out-of-home advertising.Ensure alignment with campaign messaging, brand standards, and overall creative direction throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor campaign progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with regional and international teams to support localization efforts, share best practices, and address execution challenges.Assist with campaign budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.Develop, implement, and optimize project management processes, workflows, and operational mechanisms.Drive stakeholder alignment and maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.Support leadership reviews by preparing project updates, timelines, status reports, and key deliverables.Continuously evaluate campaign workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, campaign management, creative program management, project management, or related disciplines.Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional marketing organizations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects to successful completion.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting retail events, brand activations, sponsorships, or integrated marketing initiatives.Experience managing global or multi-country campaigns, including localization and transcreation efforts.Knowledge of project management methodologies and workflow management tools.Familiarity with creative production processes, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.Experience managing campaign budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.Applicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click hereAt SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
