Full Stack Java Software EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Java Software Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, or Irving, TX. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.This role is part of a contact center technology team focused on migrating contact center software from on-premise to a cloud infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for engineering design, development, and deployment, primarily using Java with Spring Boot and React to build middleware and integrations that fill product gaps and add value to the organization.Responsibilities:Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutionsDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectivesMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutionsCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequirements:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5-7 years of Java Development experienceExperience with Spring Boot, React, and MicroservicesFamiliarity with working in cloud environments (e.g., OCP/Cloud Foundry)Experience with KafkaMust be able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per weekDesired Skills:Experience with GenAI/LLM, including creating agents (agentic AI)Experience in Contact Center Technology DevelopmentPay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
