EHS Manager
Job Title: EHS Manager Location: Anderson, SC Pay: $115,000-$130,000 (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday Looking for an experienced EHS Manager, to lead all environmental, health, safety, and facilities initiatives at a 200-person production facility in the automotive sector. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive compliance, build a strong safety culture, and support uninterrupted operations. What you get to do: • Lead and improve site-wide EHS programs, policies, and compliance initiatives • Drive OSHA/EPA compliance and manage environmental programs (air, waste, water) • Conduct risk assessments (LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, etc.) • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions • Own safety metrics (TRIR, DART) and OSHA reporting • Oversee contractors for facilities, utilities, and building maintenance • Manage service vendors (HVAC, fire systems, waste, janitorial, etc.) • Lead safety training, audits, and employee engagement initiatives • Supervise EHS/Facilities Coordinator and report to plant leadership What you need to succeed: • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 4+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing (plastics or automotive preferred) • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance • Experience with hazardous waste, air permits, and wastewater systems • Hands-on experience with facilities or maintenance projects (HVAC, electrical, etc.) • Proven ability to reduce workplace incidents and drive safety performance • Certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) and ISO experience are a plus What's in it for you: • Competitive salary + performance-based growth opportunities • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with company match • Generous PTO and paid holidays • Opportunity to lead and shape EHS strategy at a high-impact facility • Stable, growing company with strong leadership support • On-site role with high visibility and career advancement potential #MFG123
