Role Description The Sr. Field Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Geneva, OH. The individual in this role will provide technical and operational support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HDT Global equipment. Key responsibilities include collaboration with clients to ensure proper equipment functionality, training users on equipment operation, and supporting systems in the field. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate service records, providing feedback for continuous product improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Technical skills in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical or electrical systemsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities to analyze and address equipment issuesAbility to deliver technical training and clear user instructionsExcellent communication and customer interaction skills to ensure client satisfactionOrganizational skills to maintain accurate service records and documentationFlexibility to travel as needed to support client requirementsFamiliarity with military or deployable equipment is highly desirableHigh school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training or Associate’s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
