The primary purpose of this position is to centralize project management functions, ensuring that client projects move forward with clear ownership, consistent communication, and reliable execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented collaborator with excellent communication skills who thrives in a creative environment and brings both organizational rigor and a genuine enthusiasm for the food, beverage, and hospitality space.QUALIFICATIONSLive out our company Core Values (https://www.freshcreativestudios.com/our-core-values)Ability to work in office full time (hybrid-eligible at manager's discretion following onboarding period)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredExperience: a minimum of 4 years in project management, account coordination, or relevant fieldProven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing correspondenceFamiliarity with project management tools and workflows (e.g. ProWorkFlow, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)Understanding of creative agency processes, including design, copywriting, web, and productionHigh attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindsetComfortable working with confidential client and business informationExperience in food, beverage, or hospitality is a plusAgency experience preferredRESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships while keeping projects on track and communication proactiveOwn project trafficking, assigning tasks, managing handoffs, tracking deliverable status, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksBuild, maintain, and communicate project timelines for active engagements, flagging risks early and adjusting as scope or priorities shiftLead and maintain internal file management organization, ensuring shared assets, project files, and client resources are consistently structured and accessible across the teamDraft and manage client-facing communication including meeting agendas and recaps, status updates, and feedback summariesParticipate in internal project kickoffs and briefings, ensuring all team members have the context, assets, and direction needed to executeSupport the Director of Operations in scope tracking and budget alignment, surfacing concerns when projects are trending out of scopeAssist with onboarding new clients and projects, including gathering assets, organizing resources, and establishing project infrastructureCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners as needed to support timely project executionContribute to the ongoing development and refinement of internal PM processes, templates, and workflows in collaboration with the Director of OperationsINTERNAL STRUCTURESupervisor: Director of OperationsCompensation: $60,000.00Office Expectations: Full Time | Hybrid-eligible at manager's discretion following onboarding periodAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without unlawful discrimination based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation.
