The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and global teams to deliver high-quality CRM capabilities that support sales, service, and operational processes.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building robust enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creationCustomize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainabilityCollaborate with business analysts, Salesforce Administrators, and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designsDevelop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform eventsEnsure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance standardsWrite unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high test coverage and code qualitySupport production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancementsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesMaintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvementsStay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoptionRequired Qualifications10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning FlowsExperience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service LightningSolid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limitsExperience integrating Salesforce with third-party systemsFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processesCoding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCodeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with global teams and overlapping US time zonesSalesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or JavaScript Developer IPreferred QualificationsExposure to DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or JenkinsWork EnvironmentBased out of AtlantaWillingness to overlap working hours with global teams when requiredOpportunities to work on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementationsCompensation$85,000-135,000 plus 10% bonus
