Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Summary:Technical Source is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our pharmaceutical client in Westchester County, NY on night shift. This is a long-term position with a fast-paced, mission-critical team.You'll act as the main point of contact in the Operations Command Center—monitoring site systems, responding to issues, and coordinating with teams such as engineering, property management, security, and R&D.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze building systems (HVAC, UPS, power, etc.)Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairsMaintain optimal facility conditions to support R&D operationsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate when neededManage maintenance requests and documentation via IWMSSupport preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceBe available for 24/7 emergency support (including holidays)Requirements:Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS)4-6 years experience with facilities maintenanceStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and SharePointValid NYS Driver’s LicenseComfortable in fast-paced, high-stress environmentsTeam-oriented with excellent customer service mindset
