It’s about more than just hair, it’s about personalized care.This is a hands-on receptionist sales position with day-to-day duties that include scheduling client appointments; answering phone calls, text messages, and emails; checking clients in/out; enforcing our booking policy; cash handling; assisting customers; selling retail; and cleaning and merchandising.How You’ll Do ItProviding EXCELLENT customer service to all clientsFollowing all company rules and policiesExemplifying our core values Communicating sales and specials to clientsAnswering phones and emailsManaging the appointment book Confirming client appointmentsFollowing new client retention protocolChecking clients in/out, taking payments, and answering questionsCash handling Boutique retail handling: steaming, tagging, arranging, merchandising, cleaning, stocking, and dressing mannequinsHelping clients with retail boutique items, fitting rooms, information, and salesRegularly keeping shop clean and presentable to clientsOpening and closing duties Assisting with other duties as delegatedThe Right Stuff1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred1+ years of receptionist experience preferredExceptional customer service skills with a positive attitudeAbility to communicate well, both verbally and writtenAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsWhen we have identified talent that is a good fit for the Screamin Peach, we work hard to present an equitable and fair offer.
