They foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged.As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include: • Designing for manufacturability and partnering with stakeholders to create solutions • Developing and improving production processes and tooling for bearing assemblies • Producing and releasing detailed manufacturing plans and work instructions from 2D and 3D sources • Managing task execution and programme timelines to ensure on time delivery • Leading capital equipment acquisition activities including specification and installationAs the Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will bring: • Strong technical and computer skills including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MS Office • Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with strong tolerancing knowledge • Experience completing capital justification and ROI analysis • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills • High attention to detail supported by experience in manufacturing engineeringYou will join an organisation recognised for precision and innovation in high performance engineered components.
