Job Title: AI/ML EngineerJob DescriptionThis position is perfect for an AI/ML Engineer eager to tackle new and challenging problems. You will support the development of AI/ML algorithms across a variety of disciplines, including object detection/classification, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and large language models. With multiple positions available, we welcome candidates of all experience levels. Our team comprises excellent researchers and software developers who are excited to mentor and guide you in mastering your craft.Responsibilities+ Develop AI/ML applications and algorithms.+ Analyze large datasets and build models for inference and large language modeling.+ Implement and develop algorithms based on statistical analysis.+ Work with data science/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and Pytorch.+ Contribute to cloud-based AI/ML solutions using AWS and Azure.Essential Skills+ Proficiency in Pytorch, TensorFlow, and data analysis.+ Experience in algorithm development and machine learning.+ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience.+ Experience in developing AI/ML applications, data science, and/or algorithm development.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ MS or PhD in machine learning, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.+ Experience leading interdisciplinary teams of researchers and software developers.+ Familiarity with AI/ML domains such as Large Language Models, object detection algorithms (YOLO, Faster-RCNN), and Natural Language Processing algorithms (Transformers, RNNs).+ Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks, Variational Autoencoders, and reinforcement learning.+ Familiarity with OpenAI Gym, RLlib, and Stable Baselines.+ Experience with clustering algorithms, deep neural networks, and various machine learning libraries such as Hugging Face and LangChain.+ Experience with Linux and AWS cloud computing resources.+ Proficiency in additional programming languages such as C++, and experience with CUDA for GPU implementation.+ Experience in application deployment, virtualization, and containerization.+ Experience working with Remote Sensing datasets and proposal writing.Work EnvironmentThe position involves working on-site in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) located in Aurora, CO, and King of Prussia, PA. Candidates must possess a minimum of TS/SCI clearance, but CI Poly and Full Scope are also acceptable. Additional opportunities are available in Herndon, VA, requiring Poly clearance, and in Ypsilanti, MI, requiring CI Poly clearance. The company maintains a small company feel while fostering development, feedback, and professional growth.
