They specialize in retention strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and segmentation, combining data-driven insights with strategic execution.They’re looking for a Retention Marketing Strategist (Klaviyo | Enterprise DTC) to take full ownership of enterprise client accounts, leading end-to-end retention programs from strategy development through execution oversight. This role operates with high autonomy, drives innovation across lifecycle initiatives, and mentors internal team members while ensuring long-term client success.What You’ll Do• Own the complete lifecycle strategy and quarterly roadmaps for enterprise DTC clients• Lead client relationships, calls, presentations, and long-term strategic planning• Translate performance data into executive-level insights and growth recommendations• Oversee execution, QA, scope management, and cross-functional collaboration• Mentor team members and contribute to training, documentation, and innovation initiativesWhat You Bring• 5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience managing enterprise-level accounts• Deep expertise across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and segmentation• Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to growth and experimentation• Proven leadership and client management skills in fast-paced environments• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersOpportunityThis role offers the chance to lead high-impact enterprise retention programs with autonomy and strategic influence.
