Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management system Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assisting with reservations and inquiries Maintain accurate records of reservations, wait times, and guest preferences Support the restaurant team by managing guest flow and communicating wait times effectively Uphold food safety standards and ensure a clean, organized host/hostess station at all times Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments with strong guest relations skills preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills to handle reservations, waitlists, and guest requests efficiently Ability to perform basic math for managing reservations and seating calculations Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction Understanding of food safety practices and restaurant operations principles Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional guest interactions!
