Our company is dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships by prioritizing efficiency and trust in all interactions.Role DescriptionThis is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity for a Client Acquisition Specialist focused on driving new business and strategic partnerships for the company’s technology, low-voltage, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services. Representatives will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and securing new clients through outbound outreach, relationship development, and direct sales efforts.The role includes actively contacting and building relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), construction companies, technology consulting firms, property management companies, security integrators, and businesses that can directly utilize or resell our services to their clients. Representatives will promote solutions including low-voltage system installations, structured cabling, network infrastructure, access control systems, surveillance systems, Wi-Fi deployments, cybersecurity services, physical penetration testing consultations, cable management, technology design services, and related infrastructure solutions.This position is entirely performance-based and offers substantial earning potential through recurring business relationships and long-term client partnerships. Compensation includes:• 20% commission on all closed business• 10% commission on repeat business• 10% commission on paid referralsThis opportunity is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals, business development representatives, independent recruiters, or industry-connected individuals with strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales, construction, IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or infrastructure-related industries.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess market trends and evaluate potential opportunities.Proficiency in client acquisition and program management for executing outreach strategies effectively.Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide clear, persuasive messaging.Proven experience in conducting market research and extracting actionable insights.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline and strong organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or a related field is a strong advantage.
