Apply via Dice today!Job Description:Job Title – Jr. D365 Full Stack DeveloperLocation – Washington, DC - HybridFull-time PermanentJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365 Full Stack Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and integrated enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, .NET technologies, front-end development, and API integrations in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Develop and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, forms, and business processes.Build and support REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations with internal and external applications.Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications.Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Support Azure cloud-based deployments and CI/CD processes.Create technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment guides.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1–3 years of experience in full stack development.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development.Experience with:C#.NET / .NET CoreJavaScript / TypeScriptHTML5 / CSS3SQL ServerREST APIsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented federal/government environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Knowledge of Azure cloud services.Familiarity with React or Angular frameworks.Prior experience supporting federal or healthcare-related projects.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.Nice to HaveExperience with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508).Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.Why Choose Cogent?
