You will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for:Greeting patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanorChecking in patients and verifying their demographic and payment informationScheduling appointments and managing the clinic scheduleAssisting patients with questions and concernsMaintaining patient records and updating them as needed.Coordinating with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.In this role, you can expect to:Interact with a diverse group of patients and visitorsManage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneouslyUse electronic medical records and scheduling softwareWork closely with other departments and healthcare providersProvide excellent customer service and patient careWe're looking for someone who has:1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesExperience with electronic medical records and scheduling softwareKnowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing practicesA passion for providing exceptional customer service and patient careAptitude for salesPassion for and knowledge of health & wellness services.Exceptional at customer service.Display a genuine interest in helping other people.Excited to learn new things and be on the cutting edge of health & wellness.We're a patient-centered healthcare clinic with a culture that values empathy, respect, and teamwork.
