Growth Hack Marketer (B2B Outbound)Remote | LATAM PreferredFull-Time | Central Time AlignmentCompensation: $13–$18 USD/hour (Depending on Experience)A fast-growing company operating in the construction, cold storage, and enterprise services industries is looking for a highly strategic Growth Hack Marketer to help scale outbound lead generation and revenue growth efforts.This is NOT a traditional social media marketing role.We are looking for someone who thrives in outbound growth, creative prospecting, AI-powered workflows, and scalable lead generation systems targeting enterprise-level buyers and high-ticket B2B projects.The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, AI-native, and constantly thinking outside the box when it comes to reaching decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:Build and optimize outbound lead generation systemsPerform data scraping and targeted prospect researchExecute LinkedIn outreach and cold outbound campaignsOptimize cold email messaging, sequencing, and campaign performanceIdentify unconventional channels and creative growth opportunitiesDevelop scalable prospecting workflows using AI toolsAnalyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion ratesSupport growth initiatives targeting enterprise and industrial buyersRequirements:3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing3+ years of experience in lead generation and data scraping2+ years of experience in marketing construction, industrial, logistics, or infrastructure-related servicesHands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaignsGrowth hacking or performance marketing backgroundExperience supporting high-ticket B2B servicesFamiliarity with enterprise prospecting strategiesStrong understanding of enterprise sales cyclesExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms in day-to-day workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written English communication skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, testing unconventional ideas, leveraging AI for efficiency, and driving measurable business growth.
