Location: Maine Medical Center Malone Family Tower Customer Service Waiting Room Schedule is Monday–Friday 4 pm - 8 pm – Part time The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met.
