Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, managing client communication, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, and resolving client issues. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining comprehensive records, and assisting in the development of marketing initiatives to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client management skillsProficiency in sales strategies, account management, and business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and remotely with attention to detailProven experience in managing B2B relationships, preferably in the pet industry or a related fieldA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
