Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.Minimum 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred; experience with geriatric populations required.Demonstrated competence with transfer training, gait training, and use of common assistive devices (walkers, canes, Hoyer lifts).Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including licensed Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and therapy aides.Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.Must be able to document patient care in electronic medical records per facility requirements.Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs and Medicare documentation guidelines.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Location HighlightsExplore Susanville and the surrounding Sierra Nevada foothills.
