Sales Consultant – 100% RemoteBuild Clients. Close Deals. We operate at senior level, with an average deal size of $20,000+, and work directly with Founders/C-level decision makers.We are on a mission to be THE talent partner for NYC startups and long term be a true trusted advisor + hold equity in the companies we work with.You will be pivotal to our growth. This is not a “just sales” role - you will actively shape your own market, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and influence the direction of the company.We work 100% remotely, but the Founder is based between USA/Europe.Your RoleAs a Sales Consultant, your focus will be acquisition:Closing candidates in new rolesFollowing up on leadsTaking interviews with candidatesWinning new clients after ramp-upPitching Hirewithatlas to decision makersNegotiating fees and closing contractsBuilding your own client & candidate portfolioBecoming a trusted hiring partner to fast-growing tech companiesYou do NOT need recruitment experience for this role.You need sales drive, confidence, and hunger for success.What We Offer:Monthly base salary - negotiable depending on your skillsetMonthly uncapped commissionIncentivesHigh-value deals (average $20k+ per placement)Full remote setup or contractor modelCareer progression: build your own market, team, or business unit - Multiple Career levelsBritish work culture:Team trips 1–2x per year (LATAM/USA/Europe)One-on-one training with FounderWhat you have:Proven track record of exceeding quota month on month (any industry)Strong closing mentalityComfortable with cold outreach and follow-upsMoney-motivated and target-drivenStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent written communicationElite attention to detailGrowth mindset and resilienceValues:HIGH SAY DO RATIO (integrity to your word)DISCIPLINE, STRUCTURE AND FOCUSWINNING MENTALITYThis role is for:Salespeople or SDR's who want more ownership, higher deal values, and faster personal growth than classic SaaS or corporate sales.
