What's yours?Position OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, strategic recruiter to join our Field Sales Recruiting Team and help scale our sales organization across multiple markets.This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. As a Field Sales TA Partner, you will work closely with sales leadership, spend time in the field, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.You will play a key role in building sustainable talent pipelines, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting significant growth.If you enjoy building relationships, engaging passive talent, and using data to drive recruiting strategy, this role is for you!What you'll doStrategic Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive sales talentBuild and maintain continuous pipelines of qualified candidatesManage high-volume hiring needs supporting 100-150 Field Sales hires annuallyLeverage recruiting technology (Greenhouse ATS, etc.), AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagementField Partnership with Sales LeadershipSpend time in the market (up to 20% travel) to better understand sales roles and local market dynamicsAttend sales meetings and participate in ride-alongs with top-performing sales representativesPartner with sales leadership to align recruiting strategy with business growthServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trendsEmployer Branding & Market EngagementPartner with Marketing team or outside agencies to execute employer branding initiativesPlan and host local hiring events and networking opportunitiesMonitor competitor hiring practices, compensation, and benefitsProvide recommendations to leadership to ensure competitive positioningData-Driven Recruiting StrategyTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source of hireAnalyze recruiting funnel data to identify improvement opportunitiesCollect candidate and hiring manager feedback to refine hiring strategiesPresent insights and recommendations to internal stakeholdersWhat you bring:3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting sales or high-volume hiringExperience sourcing passive candidates through outreach, networking, and social recruitingStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze recruiting data and translate insights into actionWillingness to travel within assigned territories (~20% travel)Nice to have:Experience recruiting for field sales or outside sales rolesExperience partnering with sales leadershipExperience hosting hiring events or market activationsBachelor's degreeWhat's in it for you?Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $90,000Bonus target: 10%Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disabilityA company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growthTime off with pay401(k) plan with a degree of employer matchingPaid parental leaveWellness programs and product discountsPlease note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate's education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
