This role This role supports and assistants in the creation, implementation and execution of seasonal product strategies that meet the financial goals of the category while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace.This position is primarily based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn office and follows a hybrid schedule, dependent on role and business needs.About The RoleEssential Functions*:Support the Women’s Merchandising team in executing seasonal assortment strategies across key product categoriesAssist with maintaining and updating line plans, assortment tools, and merchandising reportsHelp track product information including style counts, colorways, pricing, and delivery timingSupport sample tracking and organization for line reviews and milestone meetingsAssist with data entry and updates within merchandising systems and PLM toolsCompile and prepare materials for line reviews, buy meetings, and cross-functional presentationsAdditional Job ResponsibilitiesSupport analysis of selling performance, historical data, and seasonal trendsAssist with competitive and market researchPartner cross-functionally with Design, Planning, and Production teams to support timelinesHelp maintain organized digital and physical merchandising files and samplesPerform other related duties as assignedOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
