Full Stack AI Solution Developer
Overview:
In this role you will build and sustain AI-enabled enterprise solutions across the full stack, from UI to data and deployment. You'll ship production-grade applications with resiliency in mind, integrating AI/LLM features and ensuring operational support. You will work hands-on across frontend, backend, data engineering, and containerized deployments, driving continuous delivery and sustainment. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize MCP services and enforce secure, scalable architectures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-enabled solutions from prototype to production readiness
- Maintain and troubleshoot frontend and backend services
- Support Model Context Protocol (MCP) services
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities and agent workflows into enterprise apps
- Design databases and data engineering capabilities, including data models and integration
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Build and maintain GitLab repositories, branches, MR practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment to OpenShift using Helm charts
- Implement enterprise authentication/authorization patterns
- Identify and troubleshoot issues across stack (application, container, deployment, integration, auth, database, performance)
- Develop and maintain technical docs, operational procedures, and sustainment handoff materials
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of full stack software development
- Hands-on frontend and backend development experience
- Experience with GitLab (source control, review, MR, team-based development)
- Experience deploying/troubleshooting in OpenShift or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of modern delivery practices (build, test, packaging, containerization, deployment)
- Experience with data engineering concepts and data persistence
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 or similar patterns
- Ability to review and assess code developed by others, including AI-assisted code
- Highly adaptive to priority changes
- Ability to work independently
- Balance rapid development with long-term maintainability
- Observability, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
