In House Technician

SUMMARY: The In-House Technician is responsible for assisting with the preparation, maintenance, testing, and organization of equipment to ensure operational readiness prior to installation deadlines. This role focuses on completing assigned technical tasks, diagnosing and repairing returned equipment, and restoring machines to proper working conditions for efficient redeployment into service. The In-House Technician follows established procedures, safety standards, and inventory controls while working collaboratively with warehouse staff, field teams, and supervisors. This position supports efficient warehouse operations and contributes to overall service quality by maintaining equipment readiness and organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, inspect, test, and refurbish vending, micro-market, coffee, Ice machines and refreshment equipment to ensure it is operationally ready for installation and or redeployment. Diagnose, repair, and restore returned equipment to proper working conditions in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards. Perform assigned preventive maintenance and basic configuration tasks to support equipment reliability. Accurately document all work performed, including repairs, testing results, and parts used. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safe storage of equipment, tools, and parts within the warehouse. Follow established safety procedures, operational guidelines, and inventory control processes at all times. Identify equipment issues, defects, or recurring problems and report findings to supervisors or appropriate departments. Assist with staging, labeling, and preparing equipment for scheduled installations or service deployment. Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse and service operations.
