Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Riverside, CAJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and facility infrastructureTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtimeInspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems and recommend repairs or replacementsMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with company policiesFollow safety protocols and comply with OSHA and other regulatory standardsCollaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operationsAssist in installation and commissioning of new equipment as neededRespond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient mannerKeep work areas clean and organizedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsFamiliarity with PLCs, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery is a plusExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksWillingness to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours emergencies if neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions (standing, kneeling, climbing ladders)Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heightsAbility to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise)Benefits:Hourly Rate: $25-45 hourly (Competitive pay based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for training and professional developmentPlease apply if this is something you're interested in.
