Salesforce Developer

Overview In this role you will design and implement Salesforce-based CRM solutions, with emphasis on CPQ and integration across on‑premise and cloud systems. You will work within cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce deployments, enabling efficient business processes and data flows. You will optimize deployments, governance, and security while staying aligned with global delivery goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence CRM strategy and leverage hands-on technical skills to solve complex customer needs. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Controllers) and integration using SOAP/REST web servicesImplement and optimize CPQ capabilities; familiarity with APTTUS or similar CPQ products preferredLead CRM implementations across Force.com, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud with lifecycle development and tooling (Metadata API, ChangeSet, Ant)Design and implement integrations with on‑premise systems (Siebel, OMS) using web services and middleware (CastIron, Boomi)Ensure governance and best practices for coding, deployment, security, and platform constraints (governor limits)Develop data migrations and deployments from Sandbox to Production; configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and approvalsUtilize tools (Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant, AJAX toolkit) and work within a team in a global delivery environmentTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and demonstrate value to stakeholders Key requirementsAt least 2 years Salesforce development and implementations with 3+ years on Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service CloudStrong Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services knowledgeDeep understanding of CPQ and Salesforce deployment lifecycle; SOSL/SOQL proficiencyExperience with Force.com integration technologies and data migration toolingSOAP/REST web services development; WSDL generation; SSO experienceHands-on experience with data integration and middleware; Java experience a plusSalesforce Platform Dev1/2 or DEV 501 certificationAbility to work in a diverse, global delivery environment and strong analytical skillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree or foreign equivalent; 4+ years IT experienceteam collaborationflexibility with changestrong communication with stakeholdersApexVisualforceSOQL
