Primary Skills: Workday Prism (Advanced), Power BI (Advanced), Data Analysis (Expert), Business Intelligence (Expert), Documentation (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 3+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2 Job Summary: The People Insights & Systems Analyst role is pivotal in harnessing data for informed decision-making, aligning HR systems with organizational objectives, and providing actionable workforce insights. This position bridges the gap between HR Business Partners, leaders, and data, delivering key analytics that influence HR strategies and organizational performance using tools like Workday Prism and Power BI. The role demands a data-driven approach to improve workforce effectiveness and support strategic HR initiatives through in-depth analysis and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Workday Prism and Power BI for strategic HR insights.Translate complex HR data into understandable insights, forecasts, and strategies to support HR initiatives.Collaborate with business and HR leaders to identify and fulfill reporting needs for effective decision-making.Ensure data quality and governance across HR systems, resolving discrepancies in partnership with HRIS and IT.Lead requirement gathering for HR system enhancements and technology integrations to support business scalability.
