Ensure production goals are achieved for the department. ResponsibilitiesPrimaryEffectively conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of production, quality and safety requirementsEnsure timeliness completion and quality of work performed by PIO EmployeesOversee, order and ensure accountability of tools and appropriate materialsPerform periodic audits to ensure installation are effectively performedEnsure proper documentation is completed on each install according to customer specifications and quality standards. Maintain attendance recordingKnowledge of automotive installations installed options.
