Wagner Company, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance of Traffic Supervisor. A sample of the position's duties and responsibilities include:Oversee daily maintenance of traffic operations on active construction projects. Coordinate and monitor lane closures, traffic shifts, detours, signage, barriers, pavement markings, and other traffic control devices. Review and follow approved traffic control plans, project specifications, permit requirements, and applicable safety standards. Conduct daily inspections of work zones to ensure traffic control devices are properly installed, maintained, and adjusted as needed. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, crews, inspectors, subcontractors, and public agencies to coordinate traffic control activities. Identify and resolve traffic control issues in a timely manner to support safe and efficient project operations. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, changes, deficiencies, and corrective actions. Promote a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, inspectors, and the traveling public. Communicate upcoming traffic control changes, closures, and project needs to the appropriate team members.Qualifications:Prior experience in maintenance of traffic, traffic control, highway construction, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of work zone safety, traffic control devices, lane closure procedures, and construction sequencing. Ability to read and interpret traffic control plans, project drawings, specifications, and permit requirements. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with field crews, project teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and public agencies.Pre-employment drug screening requiredNo phone calls, please.
