New Graduate - Construction Assistant Field Manager 2026

ResponsibilitiesBrasfield & Gorrie has exciting opportunities in multiple locations for upcoming graduates interested in full-time employment in the construction industry as an Assistant Field Manager.Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):Assists Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent in administrative, compliance, procurement, building, and reporting responsibilities, as assignedReviews and interprets shop drawingsReviews submittals and expedites materialsMonitors production rates and schedulesSupervises subcontractors and monitors work performance, progress, and productivitySupports and/or supervises work crews from excavation through punch listFollows company policies and procedures and assists with OSHA compliance and on-site safety enforcementAssists with reporting obligationsQualificationsEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & ExperienceMust be an upcoming graduate of an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Alternatively, a satisfactory combination of relevant military training and/or experience in construction-related fields will be considered.
