Electrical Assembler$17.00/hourMonday Friday: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (or 3:30 PM)Saturday: 6:00 AM 11:00 AM, as neededContract-to-hirePosition OverviewThe Aerospace Electrical Assembler assists in the assembly of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical components used in aerospace seating systems. This role follows detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to build quality products while meeting daily production schedules. Training is provided on company-specific processes and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical components according to work instructions and blueprintsRead and follow basic engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructionsCut, strip, crimp, solder, label, and terminate wires and connectorsUse Visual Factory to follow electronic work instructions and record production progressPerform basic continuity and electrical testing using standard testing equipmentRecord labor, materials, and production information in the Epicor ERP systemMaintain accurate production and quality documentationKeep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standardsPerform other duties as assignedTypical DayReceive daily work assignments from the Electrical SupervisorAssemble wire harnesses and electrical components to specificationBuild motors and HAWE unitsCut and prepare wire for productionSolder electrical connectionsGather and batch production materialsPerform hi-pot testing on completed assembliesRecord build information in SharePointWork with a team of approximately 12 electrical assemblers to meet production goalsWork EnvironmentClean, climate-controlled manufacturing facilityPrimarily seated work at individual assembly benchesHigh attention to detail requiredIndependent work with occasional team collaborationCell phones are not permitted at workstations (one earbud permitted per company policy)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredExperience with electronic assembly, soldering, or wiring is a plusInternship, vocational training, First Robotics, or STEM program experience is a plusBasic computer skillsAbility to follow detailed work instructions consistentlyAbility to distinguish wire colors and handle small componentsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsPreferred SkillsBasic computer navigationAbility to follow written and visual work instructions accuratelyExperience working in a manufacturing or assembly environmentFamiliarity with hand tools and measuring equipmentGood attention to detail and qualityLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
