Administrative Assistant
Our client is a specialized investment firm. They seek an Administrative Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate high-level support to members of the investment team, including but not limited to calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, expense report submissions, and meeting preparation
Support internal/external event planning
Facilitate the coordination of client due diligence meetings, investment annual meetings, and weekly staff meetings
Oversee management company accounting by allocating expenses
Safeguard confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Act as a liaison between members of the investment team and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and propose solutions
Execute special projects, conduct research, and assist with general operational or administrative needs as assigned
Collaborate with other administrative professionals to provide back-up support and ensure seamless firm-wide administrative coverage
Administer day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, maintaining office equipment, greeting visitors, and distributing mail
Requirements
Undergraduate degree from a leading college or university
0-2 years of relevant experience
Self-starter that will thrive in an entrepreneurial and small team environment
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Exceptional attention to detail
Tech-savvy and highly organized
Proficient in calendar management
Flexible schedule
Proficient in Microsoft Office
