185640Job DescriptionCoordinates diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.Job ResponsibilityCoordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to:Typing various correspondence, reports, articlesGreeting and directing visitorsAnswering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pagesScheduling appointments/meetingsMaintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filingTaking meeting minutesCollecting paymentsKeeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office Performs related duties as required.
