Process Tech Job Description Location: Troy, MI, 48084 We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The Process Tech will work closely with production teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and will be responsible for implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Responsibilities: Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all processes are aligned with company goals and objectives Maintain accurate records of production processes and make recommendations for improvements Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed Train production teams on new processes and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
