Position: Environmental Office AdministratorLocation: Tonawanda, NYSchedule: M-FCompensation: $22-25 per hourWhat We Are Looking ForThe primary function of the Environmental Office Administrator is to perform a variety of administrative duties in order to assist in the general operation of the division, while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.We are searching for a personable, energetic, hard-working, organized, self-starter to join our team. This position will complete a variety of billing, administrative, and office support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.What You Will DoProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Manage calendars and schedule appointments.Process invoices, manage expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit cards. Track expenses, verify, reconcile and prepare reports.Set up new vendors as needed.Handle supply orders, including office supplies, and supplies.Generate purchase orders for team members to be put through vendors.Respond to all requests from environmental team members.Respond to all new customer inquiries and leads.Create quotes for prospective new customers.Provide information on services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability.Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, provide updates on ETA’s, and inform them of any changes or delays.Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and the Environmental team.Coordinate and schedule orders between customers and environmental team.Collaborate with drivers to schedule pickup orders and provide assistance with any questions they may have.Be accessible “on call” after normal working hours.Perform other duties as necessary.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
