Anesthesiologist-Coastal Maryland-Private Practice-Experience required Private practice is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their team due to growth. Partnership option 2-year partnership option Base salary year 1 and 2 $550,000 Year 2-$550,000 plus up to 90% of profit sharing eligibility ($630,000+) Year 3 full partnership, no buy in, uncapped earning potential MSO participation available Sign-on: $50,000 Average of 50-55 hours a week Call: Every 5th weekend, every 10th weekday and 5 late shifts per month Minimal CRNA supervision Will cover cases at (2) hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers No non-compete 90% of cases are self directed No airway coverage required PTO-7 weeks plus 1 week of personal time 8 weeks once partnered plus 1 week of personal time Benefits include malpractice with tail, 401K, $10k toward benefits first 2 years and more!
