Pool Construction Lead – Fiberglass & Liner Pools

Patera Landscaping | Omaha, NE Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive, based on experience Experience Required: Pool construction / installation leadership Growth Opportunity: Very high The Opportunity Patera Landscaping is expanding our residential pool division, and we’re looking for a Pool Construction Lead to help us build it the right way from the ground up. This role is for someone with real pool construction experience who can lead crews, set the standard for quality, and help us efficiently install fiberglass and liner pools as production ramps up. We are early in this growth phase — which means opportunity, influence, and long-term upside for the right person. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading and supervising pool installation crews Overseeing fiberglass and vinyl liner pool installs from start to finish Coordinating excavation, base prep, setting shells, plumbing, backfill, and finish stages Ensuring installs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards Training and guiding installers and labor crews Communicating with project managers, designers, and ownership Helping develop install processes, timelines, and best practices Troubleshooting issues in the field and keeping projects on track Who We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with fiberglass and/or vinyl liner pool installation Prior experience leading or supervising crews (formal title not required) Strong understanding of pool construction sequencing Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple trades Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented Comfortable being the “go-to” person on site Willing to help build and grow a pool installation division Landscape, hardscape, or construction leadership experience is a strong plus.
