Projects include healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial, data center, and other mission-critical facilities.The OpportunityYou will take ownership of mechanical and plumbing projects from preconstruction and procurement through installation, commissioning, and final closeout. You will work closely with field leadership, clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HVAC and/or Plumbing projects from award through closeoutOwn project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost reportingManage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and billingCoordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsPartner with Superintendents to monitor productivity, safety, and qualityMaintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and design teamsIdentify project risks early and protect schedule and profitabilitySupport commissioning, turnover, and final project closeoutWhat We're Looking ForProject Management experience with a mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing contractorStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC.Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completionProven understanding of cost control, forecasting, and change-order managementStrong communication, organisation, and client-facing abilityBased in Florida or open to relocation within the stateWhat's on Offer$130,000-$180,000 base + bonus, vehicle allowance/company vehicle.Full benefits, including:Fuel card and phone allowanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPaid vacation and holidaysRelocation assistanceEstablished backlog and long-term project securityProgression into Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations leadershipAccess to high-value, technically complex projects across FloridaTo apply, send your resume directly.
