Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Brand in the US. This role will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations through data analysis, procurement support, vendor coordination, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will help drive operational efficiency, improve supplier performance, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.What You’ll DoProcurement & Supplier OperationsManage purchase order execution and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.Monitor supplier performance, shipment timelines, and order fulfillment to proactively address delays or discrepancies.Lead new vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor documentation and records.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support operational excellence and accountability.Supply Chain Analytics & ReportingAnalyze supply chain, purchasing, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supplier performance, purchase order status, freight costs, and operational efficiency.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making.Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data analysis and reporting.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to support supply chain initiatives and resolve operational challenges.Communicate updates on supplier performance, shipment status, and potential disruptions to key stakeholders.Support new product launches and promotional initiatives through supplier coordination and operational tracking.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline procurement and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process documentation, workflow optimization, and reporting automation.Support ERP and system enhancements related to purchasing, supplier management, and operational reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, sourcing, operations, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency; ERP and BI/reporting tool experience preferred.Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting procurement operations.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in CPG, supplements, food/beverage, or eCommerce industries preferred.ABOUT OUR COMPANY:Our founder, Logan Chierotti, almost lost his hearing as a teenager.
