Job DescriptionJob TitleSenior ASP.NET Web Application DeveloperOverview / SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Application Programmer to provide application and web development support. This role focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing the website and related web-based systems. Will support existing applications, perform routine web updates, and help lead a website redesign initiative to improve usability, accessibility, performance, and user experience. The position also includes technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, debug, and document web applications using ASP.NET and SQL ServerMaintain and support existing web applications and systemsPerform daily web updates, including content creation and editsParticipate in team meetings and design sessionsHelp lead the website redesign project, including technical implementation and coordination with stakeholders and vendorsCollaborate with PR & Marketing, IT, and external partners on redesign effortsProvide feedback on wireframes, navigation, and technical aspects of the new websiteCreate and update webpages based on provided templatesSupport SEO and SMO efforts during the redesign projectServe as a point of contact for CMS-related coordination and vendor collaborationProvide website analytics and insights as requestedPost press releases, photos, policies, and other content to the websiteRework content for key pages ahead of migration to the new siteProvide timely responses to web-related requests and complete tasks as neededEnsure compliance with security and data-handling protocolsDeliver knowledge transfer, documentation, training, mentorship, and guidance to staffAttend scheduled meetings and provide regular project updatesRequired QualificationsExperience in application and web development using ASP.NET and SQL ServerAbility to design, code, test, debug, and document web applicationsExperience supporting and maintaining existing web applicationsAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team meetingsStrong communication skills and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transferFamiliarity with web updates, content management, and analytics reportingAbility to follow security and data-handling protocolsWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
