You'll oversee 20-40 employees across multiple production lines, applying Good Manufacturing Principles while demonstrating our core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. This role combines technical expertise with people leadership, as you'll be responsible for daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and developing your team's capabilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of critical pharmaceutical products that support healthcare outcomes.Keys to Success:Education & ExperienceAdvanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or FDA-regulated industry is preferredCombination of education and experience will be considered.Minimum of 2 years of managerial experiencePreferred Fields of Study: Business, Management, Engineering, Scientific field, or related disciplineAdditional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management preferredStrong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processesExperience managing teams of 10+ employeesExperience with Lean Manufacturing techniques including line balancing, Takt Time, 5S, SMED, TPM preferred.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coaching teams and interfacing with stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for investigating deviations and implementing solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety standardsProficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs and production documentationPhysical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environmental conditionsVisual acuity to perform quality inspections and color vision requirementsMust be available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as neededExperience using manufacturing/quality systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to implement process improvement initiatives and support operational excellenceSound judgment and decision-making capabilities in a deadline-driven environment
