The ideal candidate will be familiar with aaon, city multi, and other systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting abilities, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC chiller systems in commercial buildings.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with HVAC equipment.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.Requirements:Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in the commercial HVAC field.Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC chiller systems.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.HVAC certification or a relevant technical degree is a plus.BenefitsHealth Insurance.Retirement offerings.Dental & vision offerings.Paid time offPaid holidays& more!
